Product Descriptions
Barens Centurion HX Rotating Nozzle
The Barens Centurion HX 1/2" Rotating Hydro Excavation Nozzle is engineered for demanding hydro excavation applications, delivering a concentrated rotating water stream for cutting through compacted soil, clay, frozen ground, and other difficult material. Featuring a 1/2" FNPT inlet, the Centurion HX is available in 4.0, 6.0, 8.0, and 10.0 orifice sizes to match different system and flow requirements.
Unlike conventional high-speed rotating nozzles, the Centurion HX uses a controlled RPM rotor designed to maintain a more concentrated water stream over distance. Flow-straightening technology helps reduce turbulence entering the nozzle, improving stream consistency and water transfer to the target.
Built for Hydro Excavation
The Centurion HX combines a stainless steel housing with a tungsten carbide rotor to withstand demanding field conditions and abrasive water sources. Its replaceable anti-static jacket helps protect the nozzle during hydro excavation work, while the internal design is engineered for consistent performance and extended service life.
The Centurion HX is also fully repairable, allowing internal wear components to be serviced rather than requiring replacement of the complete nozzle.
