Rebuild kits for the GP5142 cover the two primary maintenance intervals: plunger repack and valve service. Each kit consolidates the correct wear components for the job so technicians can complete a full service without cross-referencing individual part numbers.
The Packing Plunger Kit includes all components required to reseal the plunger assembly. Use this at regular repack intervals or any time pressure drops under load and the valve stack has been ruled out.
The Suction Valve Kit is a complete suction valve assembly with seals. Three are required per pump.
The Discharge Valve Kit is a complete discharge valve assembly with seals. Three are required per pump.
The Complete Valve Repair Kit covers both suction and discharge valve assemblies in a single order — the right choice when full valve service is due or when diagnosing pressure issues that a plunger repack didn't resolve.
