Precision, Speed, and Longevity

The Hydra-Flex Machete Linear Oscillating Nozzle is a game-changer in hydro-excavation, combining cutting precision with efficient soil removal. Its unique oscillating motion creates a controlled spray pattern, maximizing digging speed while minimizing waste. Built for durability, the Machete nozzle is ideal for trenching, daylighting, and working in tough soil conditions.

Key Benefits:

• Faster Excavation – The oscillating jet pattern provides up to 48% faster digging compared to standard nozzles.
• Precision Cutting Power – Combines the force of a straight stream with the coverage of a rotating nozzle for better soil penetration.
• Heavy-Duty Construction – Stainless steel housing and tungsten carbide components extend nozzle lifespan in demanding conditions.
• Safety and Control – Non-conductive coating ensures safer operation around underground utilities.
• Rebuild Kits Available – Extend the life of your Machete nozzle with factory-designed rebuild kits for cost-effective maintenance.

Whether you need a brand-new nozzle or a rebuild kit to keep your current one performing at its best, the Hydra-Flex Machete delivers efficiency, durability, and precision for all hydro-excavation applications.
