Built for Aggressive Hydro Excavation Without Over-Spray

The Hydra-Flex Ripsaw nozzle delivers high-impact linear flow, engineered specifically for potholing, trenching, and targeted digging applications. Designed for precision and power, this nozzle penetrates dense soils without the wide spray associated with fan-style nozzles — making it ideal for use around buried utilities or in controlled dig zones.

Constructed with stainless steel housing and a replaceable ceramic insert, the Ripsaw maintains peak performance in high-pressure conditions while reducing wear over time. Its concentrated stream breaks up hard clay, frozen ground, and compacted soil efficiently, minimizing downtime and cleanup.

Compatible with most standard hydro excavation rigs, the Ripsaw works best in applications that demand focused, directional force without compromising safety or surface control.

Key Benefits:

• Delivers linear stream for precision potholing

• High-efficiency water usage with minimal over-spray

• Replaceable wear-resistant nozzle insert

• Rated for pressures up to 3,200 PSI

• Ideal for utility work, trenching, and daylighting

• 🔧 Repair kits available to keep your nozzle performing like new
