Efficient Trenching with Dual-Stream Precision

The Hydra-Flex Switchblade Deuce nozzle is engineered for the rigorous demands of the hydro-excavation industry, offering a dual 0-degree solid stream design that delivers enhanced cutting power. This configuration enables operators to cut through soil more efficiently while significantly reducing water consumption. The Deuce's long, linear flow path is particularly well-suited for trenching applications, providing deep and precise cuts.

Key Features:

• Dual 0-Degree Solid Streams: The two concentrated streams provide greater impingement, allowing for faster soil penetration and excavation.

• Water Efficiency: The focused dual-stream design facilitates quicker digging with substantially less water, promoting cost savings and environmental responsibility.

• Durable Construction: Built with a stainless steel housing and tungsten carbide wear surfaces, the Switchblade™ Deuce ensures longevity and reliable performance in harsh conditions.

• Safety-Focused Design: A non-conductive urethane coating on the nozzle body protects operators and sensitive underground utilities during excavation.

• Interchangeable Nozzle Pills: Individual, replaceable, color-coded nozzle pills allow for quick adjustments to water flow rates and patterns based on varying soil conditions, offering flexibility and adaptability on the job site.

Incorporating the Hydra-Flex Switchblade™ Deuce nozzle into your hydro-excavation equipment enhances operational efficiency, reduces water usage, and provides precise control for a variety of excavation projects.
