Schonstedt u-LOCATE+ Pipe & Cable Locator

The Schonstedt u-LOCATE+ Pipe & Cable Locator is a versatile utility locating system designed to help contractors quickly and accurately identify buried utilities before excavation. With multiple active frequencies, passive power detection, and 512 Hz sonde capability, the u-LOCATE+ provides greater locating flexibility than the standard u-LOCATE.

The u-LOCATE+ operates at 33 kHz and 82 kHz active frequencies, supports 512 Hz sonde detection, and includes a 1-watt transmitter.

Versatile Utility Locating

The u-LOCATE+ combines straightforward operation with expanded locating capabilities for a variety of underground infrastructure. Its active frequencies can be used for locating conductive utilities, while passive power mode allows operators to identify live power cables.

Unlike the standard u-LOCATE, the u-LOCATE+ also features a 512 Hz sonde mode, allowing operators to trace compatible sondes and inspection cameras through non-metallic pipes, ducts, and conduits.
