Hydro Excavation Rotating Nozzle

Quiet-Performance. Maximum Control. Built to Outlast.

The Dig Pig Silencer™ Hydro Excavation Nozzle is engineered by operators for operators who demand precision digging, lower vibration, and extreme durability in high-pressure hydro excavation environments. This is not just another turbo nozzle—it’s a purpose-built rotating nozzle designed to outperform and outlast conventional hydro-excavation nozzles in the field.

Built with tungsten carbide carbides and seats that are up to 5x stronger than standard designs, the Dig Pig Silencer delivers superior wear resistance, tighter spray control, and reduced long-term operating costs.

---

Engineered for Maximum Durability

At the core of the Dig Pig Silencer is a heavy-duty stainless-steel body paired with reinforced tungsten carbide internal components. This combination provides:

• 5x stronger carbide seats for extended service life

• Superior resistance to abrasive soil and debris

• High-temperature performance capability

• Replaceable machined cover for long-term serviceability

The toughest cover on the market—finished in Hi-Vis yellow—adds protection while improving visibility and jobsite safety.

---

Quietest Operation. Lowest Vibration in the Industry.

Hydro excavation crews know vibration directly impacts operator fatigue and equipment longevity. The Dig Pig Silencer is engineered for:

• Dramatically reduced vibration

• Smoother rotation under pressure

• Quieter operation compared to standard turbo nozzles

Lower vibration means improved operator comfort, reduced mechanical stress, and longer equipment life.

---

Precision 10° Cone Spray for Controlled Digging

The Dig Pig Silencer features a tight 10-degree cone spray pattern with a smaller water exit for more focused cutting energy. This delivers:

• Better daylighting control

• Reduced over-excavation

• More precise utility exposure

• More efficient soil penetration

The focused spray geometry ensures predictable, consistent digging performance in demanding conditions.

---

Advanced Internal Filtration System

An integrated advanced coin-filter system helps prevent debris from clogging internal components, maintaining consistent rotation and jetting performance even during heavy use. This reduces downtime and supports steady, reliable operation in harsh environments.

---

Built for High-Pressure Systems

• 1/2" MNPT inlet

• Available in multiple orifice sizes for accurate flow matching

• Designed for hydro excavation trucks and industrial jetting systems

Operators can select the proper orifice configuration to match their pump output for optimized GPM and PSI performance.

---

Serviceable Design = Lower Long-Term Cost

Unlike disposable nozzles, the Dig Pig Silencer is designed for long-term ownership:

• Individual replacement parts available (more options coming soon)

• Replaceable internal components

• Reduced total cost of ownership

You replace what wears—not the entire nozzle.
